Our Solution
As always, we specifically analysed Kleusberg’s production process.
They work with large sheets of galvanised steel using a fully automated process that does not involve micro joints.
Like our client, we are particularly accustomed to designing modular solutions. We therefore suggested:

- an automatic loading and unloading system
- our Shear XT automatic shearing machine, for fast, precise cuts
- one of our robots, for handling the sheets
- our automatic sorted stacking system
In this way, we automated the entire process, leading to a 20% savings in materials and increasing productivity by 50%.
