As always, we specifically analysed<\/strong> Kleusberg\u2019s production process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

They work with large<\/em> sheets of galvanised <\/em>steel using a fully automated<\/strong> process that does not involve micro joints<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Like our client, we are particularly accustomed to designing modular solutions. We therefore suggested:<\/p>\n

  • the XT electric punching machine<\/strong>, our flagship machine designed for automation<\/li>\n
  • an automatic loading and unloading system<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • our Shear XT<\/strong> automatic shearing machine, for fast, precise cuts<\/li>\n
  • one of our robots<\/strong>, for handling the sheets<\/li>\n
  • our automatic sorted stacking system <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In this way, we automated the entire process, leading to a 20% savings in materials<\/em><\/strong> and increasing productivity by 50%<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
