Since its inception it has been EUROMAC’s philosophy to emphasize training. Whether applied to our customers, our worldwide distribution and service network, or our own employees – training a highly-skilled workforce is the key to success. This way everybody in the manufacturer/ customer chain is afforded the opportunity to learn anything about EUROMAC products required to use them efficiently, service them, manufacture them or sell them. Our associates in their respective localities are thereby serving our customers with competent technical and business advice.
Training is typically conducted on the actual machinery in state-of-the-art classrooms in our factory, our demo rooms in place throughout the world and at the customer’s site. This, combined with theoretical background training about tooling, documentation, and programming, will achieve the steepest learning curve possible ultimately making our customers more productive.
The original EUROMAC staff’s continuous education program not only improves their technical skills, but also addresses professional and communication skills and foreign languages. Our associates around the world are being updated about engineering changes and product innovations by our staff on a constant basis.
